Hiveminds.io Retainer Policy

1. Services Covered

Our retainer agreements encompass the following services:

• Consulting
• Design work
• Social media campaigns and posts
• UX/UI services
• Ongoing collaboration

2. Applicability

This policy applies to all clients, prospects, and businesses engaging with Hiveminds.io.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% upfront retainer is required based on the initial estimate, product, or monthly partnership.
• Upon completion of the service or monthly partnership, the remaining 50% of the cost is due immediately.
• For extended projects, payments will be made in twice-monthly installments until the project is completed. The upfront 50% retainer is excluded from these installments.

4. Refund Policy

• Retainers are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If work does not commence, the retainer can be refunded as follows:
  • Refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Refunds will constitute 75% of the total payment or 50% of the retainer.

5. Scope of Retainers

Retainers cover preliminary work, including:

• Initial review of services, products, and experiences.
• Scoping out work to be performed.

This work begins up to two weeks prior to the first client meeting.

6. End of Month Policy

• At the end of each month, the retainer serves as a preliminary payment for services to be rendered.
• If delays caused by the client prevent services from starting promptly, the retainer will be forfeited, and work will cease.

7. Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are permitted up to two weeks before the initial meeting or commencement of work, whichever occurs first.

8. Modifications to Terms

Any modifications to the retainer or service terms will be clearly outlined in the initial work estimate provided to the client.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration.

10. Client-Provided Assets

• All assets, including but not limited to content, photographs, designs, logos, music, videos, digital or physical materials, must be legally approved and owned by the client.
• Hiveminds.io is not liable for any legal disputes related to client-provided assets.
